Career casting director, Deborah Maxwell Dion, and her daughter Hadley have been working together since Hadley was a teenager and helped Deborah design youth classes with teens in mind. Seventeen years later, teaching together has become their passion and they love helping actors of all ages grow.

Our mission is not only to encourage you to be a hard working, professional actor but also an artist that finds joy in creating and entering the world of each character.
